The thing that catches people out in Tsawwassen and Ladner is the fencing. A lot of those properties have solid cedar fencing with a narrow gate, and an eight-seat tub will not fit through a standard 36-inch gate. If yours is behind one, mention it when you call and we will plan to either lift over the fence or cut the shell down on site. Yes — and it is a requirement, not a preference. A tub that is still full cannot be removed. Start draining the night before; a garden hose takes hours. We also need the electrical disconnected at the breaker by a qualified electrician before we arrive — our crews do not cut live connections.
